Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

MEA MARÈ wishes everyone to be satisfied with their purchase from mea-mare.com. For any reason that you are not satisfied we would like to help you.
You can return your item(s) if it does not match your expectations, preferences or size. This is possible within 14 days after receiving the order.
Returning an article is only possible when the article:
- is not damaged
- is not worn and/or used
- includes the original packaging
MEA MARÈ reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet these requirements.
After the return arrives at our office and is checked, you’ll receive your refund via the same payment method that you chose to complete the order. You will receive a notification of this per email. Refunds will be transferred back to you within 7 days after we check the returned item(s).
